The family production company Pršuti Milohanić specializes in the production of Istrian prosciutto, as well as other cured pork products such as Istrian sausage, Istrian kosnica, Istrian zarebnjak – ombolo, Istrian belly – pancetta, and others.

These products are the result of generational efforts to produce and consume a local indigenous product within the family.

The facility is equipped with the latest technology that allows for the maximum utilization of the natural climatic conditions that central Istria is blessed with for the production of cured meat products.
