Komarija extra virgin olive oils are produced from the varieties Istarska bjelica, Leccino and Pendolino, which are made up of three types of Komarija extra virgin olive oil. Olives are harvested manually when the time is right for them, and then processed by a cold process on the same day, giving them an extremely fresh, aromatic and spicy flavor. Our oils are characterized by an extremely high content of natural antioxidants with a proportion of free fatty acids ranging from 0.08% to 0.2%.
